Alarm clock (Menu 7)

If the time and date in your phone are not set, set them first
following the prompts from the phone, and then you can use
this menu.

Press

Menu

, and select

Alarm clock

,

Alarm time

to set the alarm time and turn on

the alarm clock. After that, you can select

Adjust

to key in the alarm time and turn on the alarm clock.

Off

to turn off the alarm clock.

Select

Alarm tone

to select your favourite tone for the alarm clock.

If you select the radio, the phone uses the latest channel you listened to as an
alarm tone via loudspeaker. If the headset is removed, the default alarm tone will
be used instead of the radio.

Note: If you select the radio as the alarm tone, you need to connect the
headset to the phone, and the phone will use the latest channel you
listened to as the alarm tone.

You can set the alarm to sound at the desired time just once, or repeatedly by
selecting

Alarm once

or

Repeat alarm

, after selecting

Repeat alarm

under

Alarm

clock

.

When the alarm sounds, you can stop the alarm by pressing

. If you press

Snooze

, the ring stops and rings again in ten minutes. If the alarm sounds

uninterruptedly for one minute, the alarm will automatically revert to snooze, and
sound again after about ten minutes. This can only happen three times at
maximum. After that, the alarm will be stopped.

If the alarm time is reached while the phone is switched off, the phone switches
itself on and starts sounding the alarm tone. If you press

Stop

, the phone asks

whether you want to activate the phone for calls. Press

Yes

to make and receive

calls, or

to switch the phone off.

Note: Do not press

Yes

when wireless phone use is prohibited or when it

may cause interference or danger.
